Mac and Anaia is an online gallery with a focus on art, decorative objects and jewellery.


Payment: Stripe is used as the method of payment for online purchases. Items will not be posted until funds have cleared.

Delivery: Currently delivery is only within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. The aim is to deliver within 14 days of clearing of funds i.e. receipt of your payment.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any item (apart from earrings) bought from Mac and Anaia, we will be happy to give you a full refund (excluding delivery costs) providing you notify us within 28 days of receiving your goods that you would like a refund. The notification should be made by email to Once you've told us this you have another 7 days in which to return the goods. To be eligible for this refund the item must be in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and for insuring it during transit if necessary. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this returns policy only applies to earrings if they are faulty. Otherwise, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for a refund.

Retention of title: Title of all works will remain with Mac and Anaia until funds have cleared.

As referred to above, Mac and Anaia is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
